To enhance the planning and implementation of these initiatives, the team is developing Geographic Information System (GIS)-based maps to detail the distribution of Canberra’s energy storage resources. This approach aims to provide insights into the spatial distribution of DER, enabling targeted deployment to improve grid stability and lower peak energy demands.
